Please note that all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds once an order is completed.

Damaged or Defective Items:
In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at annapv20@gmail.com. 

We will work with you to resolve the issue and, if necessary, replace the damaged or defective item.

Order Cancellations:
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. While we cannot guarantee cancellations after an order has been placed, we will do our best to accommodate requests if the item has not yet shipped.
